For investors
Funding to reach a working pilot
One platform, three products, built services-first. The ask is sized to take a specified platform and existing source code to a certified, running pilot.
The round
[Amount to be set]
Set in MSE-06 Financial Model and MSE-56 Capitalisation & Use of Funds, confirmed in a term sheet (MSE-130).
Where it stands
Honest labels: specified, built as source, or live.
The whole platform
Described end to end in the Edition 1.0 document programme.
A first version as code
The reference build is a Django 5 backend with 24 apps and about 100 data models, and a React 18 web app, across six repositories. It has never been run end to end. The accurate label is pre-alpha, source only.
No production system
Nothing is live. This website is a front-end demonstration.

Funding stages tied to evidence gates
Each round is released by evidence, not by calendar.
| Stage | Evidence gate | Funding |
|---|---|---|
| Founder-led validation | Paying clients for services; the founder's ventures identified as the first organisations | Founder-funded |
| First funding | Technical lead in post; code runs, migrations apply, tests pass in CI | [to be set in MSE-06] |
| Pilot | Staging certification reads CERTIFIED; private pilot running | [to be set in MSE-06] |
| Next round | Core loop proven on the founder's ventures; first paying clients through the platform | [to be set in MSE-56] |
Use of funds
In priority order.
- 1Hire the technical lead and first engineers
- 2Make the existing code run and pass its tests
- 3Certify staging and open a private pilot
- 4Consolidate the engineering standards (MSE-10, MSE-11)
- 5Prove the loop on the founder's ventures
Roadmap
Dates are set in MSE-20 Roadmap & Release Plan.
Phase 0 — Foundation
Infrastructure, identity, organisations, access, events, audit, monitoring
MVP — Digital Business Platform
Website & CMS, leads, CRM, appointments, projects & tasks, notifications, admin & analytics
V1 — Business OS
Sales, proposals, contracts, client portal, finance, commerce, courses, events, meetings, communication, automation
V2 — Intelligent Ecosystem
AI assistant & agents, AI search, knowledge graph, public APIs, mobile, multi-organisation
Enterprise
Full multi-tenancy, SSO, enterprise finance, developer platform & marketplace
Each stage proves the loop before the next widens it.
