How to engage

Every engagement starts by understanding the problem before proposing anything.

  1. 1

    Tell us the problem

Send a short problem brief through the enquiry form. Describe what is not working, in your own words.

  2. 2

    Reply

A named person replies through the channel you chose, with one proposed next step.

  3. 3

    Discovery call

A short conversation about the problem, the stakes, who decides and the timing.

  4. 4

    Diagnosis

We decide what kind of help fits: a consultation, a package, a retainer, a project, or a referral elsewhere.

  5. 5

    Proposal

A written proposal with the problem, approach, scope, timeline, team, price and how acceptance works.

  6. 6

    Agreement

When you accept a specific version of the proposal, an agreement is signed and the work is scheduled.

The discovery call exists so that you can decide whether to proceed. It is a conversation about your problem, not a free consultation. If your need falls outside the founder's expertise, you are told so and, where possible, pointed to a better route; a referral is made only to a partner with a signed agreement, and any interest we have in it is disclosed.

Ways to work together

All available now, delivered directly. Online booking and payment through the platform are planned; today sessions are arranged directly.

FormWhat you getBest whenStatus
Problem briefA written problem reviewed, with a recommended next stepYou are not sure what you needAvailable now
Discovery callA short conversation to understand the problemYou want to decide whether to proceedAvailable now
ConsultationFocused advice on a defined question, in a booked sessionYou have one clear questionAvailable now
Strategy sessionA longer working session on strategy or growthYou need to think through a directionAvailable now
Technical or service consultationAdvice on a specific technical or service questionYou need a specialist view on a system or serviceAvailable now
Session packageA set number of consultation sessions used over timeYou want regular advice over a periodAvailable now
RetainerA monthly allowance of advisory sessions or delivery hoursYou need ongoing supportAvailable now
ProjectA defined scope of work with deliverables and milestonesYou need something built or changedAvailable now

A project begins with a deposit at signature and is billed by milestones, so you never pay far ahead of delivery. Work beyond a retainer's allowance starts only with your prior agreement. Start smaller than you think: a consultation often shows whether a project is needed, and shapes a better one if it is.

Service lines

Since 2012, across brand, marketing, technology, automation and AI, and from running several businesses at once. Most real problems touch more than one line; you receive one proposal.

Strategy and growth Available nowDirection, priorities, business models and plans for growth
Who it is for
Founders and owners deciding where to take a business, and teams that need a clear plan.
What it typically covers
Understanding the business and its market, choosing priorities, shaping or testing a business model, planning growth and turning a plan into actions with owners and dates.
Usual forms
Strategy sessions, an advisory retainer, or a short project ending in a written plan.
Brand Available nowBrand strategy, identity and how the business presents itself
Who it is for
New businesses defining themselves, and established businesses whose image no longer fits what they have become.
What it typically covers
Brand strategy and positioning, naming support, visual identity, brand guidelines and the words a business uses to describe itself.
Usual forms
A project with defined deliverables, often followed by a delivery retainer for applying the brand.
Marketing Available nowDigital marketing, content, campaigns and lead generation
Who it is for
Businesses that need more of the right enquiries and a clearer view of what their marketing achieves.
What it typically covers
Digital marketing strategy, content planning, social media, campaigns, lead capture and measurement, always with consent-based marketing.
Usual forms
A strategy session or project to set the plan, then a delivery retainer to run it.
Technology Available nowWebsites, digital products and the systems a business runs on
Who it is for
Businesses that need a website, a digital product or better systems to run on.
What it typically covers
Defining requirements, websites and web applications, choosing and setting up business systems, and advice on technology decisions and suppliers.
Usual forms
Technical consultations for decisions, projects for builds.
Automation and business systems Available nowConnecting tools and automating repeated work
Who it is for
Businesses losing time and information between tools: enquiries in one place, bookings in another, invoices in a third.
What it typically covers
Mapping how work actually flows, connecting the tools a business already uses, automating repeated tasks and setting up a single record of each customer relationship.
Usual forms
A short discovery project to map the work, then a project to build the connections.
AI Available nowPractical, governed uses of AI in a business
Who it is for
Businesses that want to use AI usefully and safely, rather than for its own sake.
What it typically covers
Finding where AI helps, setting it up to work only with the information it should see, keeping people in charge of decisions, and training the team to use it well.
Usual forms
A consultation or strategy session to choose where to start, then a project for a first, contained use.
Digital transformation Available nowLarger programmes that change how an organisation works
Who it is for
Organisations, including universities and institutions, that need to change how they work across several functions.
What it typically covers
Discovery and audit, strategy, implementation in phases, training, monitoring and a final report, with milestones and acceptance at each stage.
Usual forms
A programme of linked projects under one agreement, with a named delivery lead and regular reviews.
AI work is designed so that AI prepares and people decide. No engagement sets up AI to take decisions about people, money, legal matters or access without a person approving them.

Signature offer

Bring Me a Problem

Describe the problem in writing. We read it properly, diagnose it and come back with a proposal you can accept or decline.

  1. 1

    Written brief

You set out the problem, the context and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. 2

    Diagnosis

We identify the real problem, the options and their trade-offs.

  3. 3

    Proposal

A scoped proposal with outcomes and terms — yours to accept or not.

AI may help draft the diagnosis or proposal, but a person reviews it, and a person approves the pricing and signs.

Pricing principles

  • Prices live in a pricing engine as versioned, audited rules — never hard-coded on a page.
  • Market-band pricing: the same offer is priced for the market it is sold in.
  • Per-market currency: PKR for Pakistan, OMR for Oman, EUR for Portugal and the EU.
  • The price is fixed at checkout; what you agree to is what you pay.
  • Transparent terms, with cancellation as easy as sign-up.
  • The platform never holds customer funds; payments only go through licensed providers.
Key pointPayment triggers access; delivery triggers revenue.

Individual prices will be published once they are set in MSE-23 Pricing & Packaging. Until then, ask and we will tell you plainly what a piece of work would involve.

How we deliver

Kickoff, plan and milestones, delivery with a weekly report, review and acceptance, closure and follow-up.

  • Kickoff. Agrees scope, timeline, how often you hear from us, who decides what, and how success is measured. The summary is written down and shared.
  • Keeping you informed. A weekly report: what was done, what is next, what is waiting on you and any risk.
  • Changes. Anything outside the agreed scope is a change request showing its effect on price and timeline; no work on it starts until you accept it in writing.
  • Acceptance. Each deliverable is accepted against its definition in the proposal, and the version you accepted is recorded.
  • Who does the work. The founder leads. Specialists may contribute under our agreement; a business connected with the founder is declared in the proposal.
  • Your information. Used only for your engagement, in approved tools, and returned or deleted at the end as your agreement requires.

Service-level commitments for platform customers are not offered yet; see how they will be set.
