What it is not

Not a course in getting rich quickly, an investment scheme or a promise of results. No tier includes investment advice, a promise of business results, financial returns or access to another member's personal information. No membership guarantees any business outcome. Consultations are services in their own right and are not unlimited in any tier.

Monthly or annual subscription

Premium articles and videos, including longer pieces drawn from the founder's ventures and work on The Bed of Thorns.
The private community: post, comment and take part in groups and discussions.
Member prices on courses, books, templates, consultations and event tickets, shown beside the standard price.
At a later stage, a more capable Ask Momin, the AI assistant, answering from the premium knowledge base with its sources shown. How much a member can use it will be stated with the tier's price.

Courses included with the membership, available while it is active.
Priority booking windows for consultations with the founder, which are booked and paid for separately unless the tier's terms say otherwise.
Professional resources such as templates, frameworks and reports, for use while the membership is active.
Events included with the membership or at member prices, as set out for each event.

For incubators, universities, training programmes and companies that want to give a group of people the benefits of membership.
Seats are assigned and reassigned by the organisation.

Investor and Partner access cannot be bought. They are relationships, not products, and open material shared only with verified people under an agreement. The partner programme explains how partnerships work.

What it will cost

No price has been set. When prices are published, they follow these rules.

Rule	What it means
Monthly and annual periods	Premium and Professional are planned monthly and annually. If the annual price is lower per month, the saving is shown plainly.
Your market and currency	Prices in the currency of your market, with any tax shown as the law of your market requires.
Member prices beside standard prices	On courses, books, templates, consultations and events, so you can see what membership is worth before you decide.
No hidden charges	The price at checkout is the price you pay for the period shown.
Honest offers	An introductory price ends when its stated date or capacity is reached and is not reopened to create urgency. A reduction is shown against the earlier price as the law requires.

Trials. If a trial of a paid tier is offered, it is planned not to ask for payment details and to end without charging you. What you keep. Anything bought outright (a book, a template, a course bought separately) is yours to keep, whatever happens to your membership.

Joining, renewing and leaving

1Joining. Create an account, choose a tier and, for a paid tier, pay through a licensed payment provider for your market. Card details are handled by the provider, not stored by MominSheikh.com. Marketing is asked separately and is never a condition of joining.
2Renewing. Paid memberships are planned to renew for a period of the same length unless you cancel. Before an annual membership renews, you receive a reminder with the date and price.
3Cancelling. As easy as joining, from your account settings, without calling or writing to anyone. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
4Your right to withdraw in the EU. Consumers in the EU will normally have 14 days after buying online to withdraw without giving a reason. If you ask for access to start straight away, a separate choice at checkout explains the effect, and nothing is ticked for you.
5Changing tier. Move up at any time; move down at the end of a period. Anything bought outright stays with you.

A professional community

Run under the community guidelines, with reporting, moderation, explained decisions and a way to appeal.

Your information

Handled under the privacy policy. Your profile shows only what you choose, and contact details are never shown to other members unless you choose to.

AI and accessibility

Ask Momin will always be labelled as an AI assistant, answer only from what you may see, and never present itself as Momin Sheikh. The platform is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.

For organisations

Incubators, universities and training programmes can start a conversation now and agree terms when memberships open. Until then, conversations are about plans, are recorded as such, and any proposal is made in writing. No organisation is listed as a partner or customer until it has agreed in writing to be named.

Questions and answers

Can I join now?: Not yet. Memberships are planned for a later stage of the platform, which is in development. You can follow the free content today and register your interest once registration opens.
How much will it cost?: No price has been set. Prices will be published in a new edition of the prospectus before memberships open.
Is there a free tier?: Yes. The Free tier is planned at no charge, with no payment details asked for.
Will I be able to cancel easily?: Yes. Cancelling is planned to be as easy as joining, from your account, with access to the end of the period you paid for.
Do I keep what I buy?: Yes. Anything bought outright is yours to keep, whatever happens to your membership.
Is Ask Momin the founder?: No. Ask Momin is an AI assistant, always labelled as such. It is planned for a later stage than the membership.
Can I meet Momin Sheikh?: Professional members are planned to have priority booking windows for consultations, which are booked separately. Events will give members other chances to hear from him.
Which languages?: The platform is planned in English, Urdu, Arabic and Portuguese. Which are available when memberships open will be stated then.
Which countries?: Memberships open first in Pakistan, then in Oman and the European Union as the platform opens in each market.
Will my data be safe?: Your information is handled under the published privacy policy, with the rights it describes.
Is this investment advice?: No. The membership is education and community. It gives no investment, legal or financial advice and guarantees no results.
