Partners
Partner programme
How organisations can work with the MominSheikh.com Ecosystem: the kinds of partnership, when each opens, how partners join, what they receive and what they commit to.
Partner types and when each opens
Introduced in step with the release stages, so no partner is offered a capability that does not yet exist.
| Partner type | Opens at | What the partner does | What must exist first |
|---|---|---|---|
| Referrers | Now, informally | Introduce clients to the founder | A record of who introduced whom |
| Delivery partners | Now, per engagement | Deliver specialist work under the ecosystem's contract | Contractor terms (MSE-128) |
| Affiliates | V1 | Earn a reward on tracked sales | Tracked links, commerce, commission ledger and settlement |
| Marketplace vendors, instructors and creators | V1 onward | Sell products, services, courses or content through the ecosystem | Vendor review, agreements and settlement |
| Resellers | V2 | Sell Momin OS and other offers to their own customers | Self-service plans, partner pipeline and reseller price lists |
| Technology partners | V2 | Integrate through public interfaces | Public interfaces, webhooks and developer documentation |
| Institutions | Engagement now; pilots after certification | Universities, incubators and training bodies | A certified platform before any pilot |
| Government bodies | Engagement now; pilots after certification | Ministries, agencies and programmes | Data-sovereignty options and certification |
A type that has not opened is recorded as interest, with your consent, and nothing more: no waiting list with payment, no deposit and no early-access fee. Many partners combine roles; each role has its own agreement and is recorded separately, so a referral commission is never confused with a fee for delivery.
Joining
Nothing is skipped, and no partner is activated without a signed agreement.
- Application
- Verification
- Agreement
- Training
- Activation
- First referral or listing
- Verification of the business and its principals; vendors' products pass commercial, technical and legal review.
- Partners acting with customers or public bodies pass the intermediary checks of the anti-bribery policy.
- A non-disclosure agreement comes first where confidential material is exchanged.
- A short induction on claims, consent, brand use and lead ownership.
- A partner who will receive money completes know-your-customer checks and bank verification before the first payout.
The partner lifecycle
Moving to Performing or Strategic is a decision taken at a review, never an automatic reward for volume.
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| prospect | Interest recorded; no application yet |
| applicant | Application received and under review |
| verified | Verification passed; agreement not yet signed or training not complete |
| active | Agreement signed, training complete, partner activated |
| performing | Sustained activity confirmed at a review |
| strategic | A partnership the ecosystem plans jointly with the partner |
| declined | Application not accepted, with the reason recorded |
| suspended | Activity paused pending review |
| ended | Agreement terminated or expired, with the reason recorded |
What partners receive
Benefits follow the partner's type and agreement, not a purchased level. There are no paid or volume-based tiers.
Referrers
Clear lead ownership; whether early introductions earn a reward is not yet decided (MSE-116)
Delivery partners
Defined engagements under contract; payment as contractors, not commission
Affiliates
A reward under MSE-116 once set; transparent statements
Marketplace vendors, instructors and creators
Listing and sale through the ecosystem; revenue share; statements and settlement
Resellers
A reseller price list; shared deals in a partner pipeline; training and material
Technology partners
Public interfaces, webhooks and documentation; listing of reviewed integrations
Institutions
Discovery, tailored proposals and, after certification, pilots
Government bodies
Discovery, tailored proposals and, after certification, pilots
Verified partners receive the Partner membership tier once their agreement is signed; it is withdrawn if the partnership is suspended or ended. Partner prices come from a partner price rule or reseller price list, never from a conversation.
Leads and attribution
Every lead is marked from the start as founder-owned, partner-owned or shared, and the marker is confirmed by the team before any reward is paid.
Commission follows the attribution recorded on the order when the customer buys, never a later claim. Where agreements are silent, the last tracked link or recorded introduction before the sale is credited. The attribution window is to be set in the affiliate and referral terms (MSE-116).
A partner disputing an attribution raises it in writing; the partnerships lead decides and records the reason, and a second review by the founder can be asked for.
Where a referrer earns from a purchase, the relationship is disclosed to the buyer. A partner never presents a recommendation as independent when it earns from it.
Commission and settlement
No rate is set here; each is fixed per partner within the ranges of the pricing document (MSE-23).
| Type | How it works | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Percentage | A share of each sale's net value | Vendors; affiliates |
| Fixed | A set amount per sale or per signed client | Rewards for introductions |
| Tiered | The rate changes at volume thresholds within a period | Established vendors and resellers |
| Recurring | A share of each renewal for a set period | Referrals and resellers of subscriptions |
| Referral | A reward for a closed sale from an attributed lead | Referrers and affiliates |
| Revenue share | Division of each sale between creator and platform | Instructors and creators |
Arithmetic: gross sales − refunds − commission − taxes and adjustments = net payable. Commission is calculated on net value after refunds and before taxes, and the rule in force at the time of sale is frozen into that sale.
- Pending
- Eligible
- Approved
- Scheduled
- Paid
An entry stays pending until the longest refund or withdrawal right has passed. Only Finance approves, and whoever creates a payout never approves it. Commission never changes the price a customer pays, and customer funds are never held for a partner. Every settlement comes with a statement that reconciles line by line.
Institutions and government bodies
- Introduction
- Discovery
- Proposal
- Memorandum
- Pilot
- Scale-up
Engagement starts with documents, not a demonstration: the government and public-sector brief, the relevant country brief and the executive summary. No pilot starts before the platform has passed staging certification, and no institution is described as a partner before a signed agreement or memorandum allows it.
Status words
Only the state actually reached is used.
| Word | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Applied to | An application has been submitted |
| In discussion with | Conversations are taking place; nothing is agreed |
| Proposal submitted | A written proposal has been sent |
| Memorandum signed | A non-binding memorandum has been signed |
| Agreement signed | A binding agreement is in force |
| Pilot running | A pilot is operating under agreed limits |
Partner obligations
Each partner confirms these in writing at activation.
Claims
Describe the ecosystem only in approved terms. A capability is live only when it is live in that market; everything else is planned. No unconfirmed customer, user or revenue figure, certification, award or partnership.
Brand
Names and marks appear only after a signed agreement allows it, in the form it permits, with co-branded material approved by both sides.
Consent and data
Market only to people who have consented, record the source of every lead, and share only the personal data the purpose needs.
Conduct
No payment, gift or favour to win business; personal interests declared before a deal proceeds; contacts with public officials recorded and reported.
Confidentiality
Shared information is used only for the partnership, and customer information never for a partner's own marketing without the customer's agreement.
Breaches
The activity is paused at once, the partner is told why, and the matter is reviewed before the partnership continues.
Partnerships are reviewed at intervals set in each agreement. Ending a partnership never leaves a customer without service: each affected customer is told how it will be served and, for a reseller's customer, offered a direct relationship or an export of its data.
